Your order

All items in our outlet have been discounted due to being discontinued designs. As a result, there may be limited stock available. Please take this into consideration when making purchases of large quantities.

On the off chance that we are unable to fulfil an order, your order will be cancelled, refunded in full to the method in which you purchased with, and you will be notified. 

All our lighting is handcrafted using natural materials whenever possible. As a result, there may be variations in colour and texture between pieces with the same designs due to the artisanal nature of their creation. Please bear this in mind when purchasing several pieces of the same design.

Please note that we are unable to process orders over the telephone.

 

Delivery

Outlet items are eligible for shipping within the UK and EU. Our lighting products are shipped via a trusted courier service. Once the lighting leaves our factory, the courier service takes full responsibility for ensuring safe delivery of all orders.

Your delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout stage. All orders will be shipped on a 3 week lead time.

 

Payment

All prices are in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) and include VAT.  If you are buying from overseas, you will be responsible for paying local customs and tax charges.

 

Cancellation and Returns

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any outlet items purchased.
